Our core expertise areas
Strategy
The Strategy team is the primary point of contact for clients. The team works closely with clients to build strong relationships and ensure we have a firm understanding of their objectives. Strategy offers our clients innovative recommendations and develops creative campaigns across all media touchpoints.
Marketing Science
On the Marketing Science team, you’ll find people who are incredibly knowledgeable about insights, audiences, performance metrics and data management. The team’s role is to take raw data and turn it into digestible insights, which will then be used to guide strategy and help clients grow their business.
Digital Activation
Our Digital Activation experts know the advanced features of ad platforms inside out. Their job is to continually push the creative boundaries of digital strategy, while also sponging up the latest industry trends. They use search engine, social media and programmatic strategies to make a bigger impact and get better results for our clients.
Broadcast Investment
The Broadcast Investment team handles the negotiating, managing and buying in TV and radio for all of our clients. Our team manages the largest volume of TV and radio buys in Quebec.
Finance and Accounting
The Finance and Accounting team handles accounts payable and accounts receivable for all of our internal teams. They take care of reconciling bills and following up as needed with clients and vendors.
Back Office
The Back Office team support all our other departments thanks to their various fields of expertise. Computer glitch? Our IT team is on the case. Questions about your career development? YOUR MANDATE
You'll have visibility over everything: media budgets, choice of partners, optimization strategies, etc. You will assist the Platform Manager in developing innovative digital media strategies. You'll work with local media such as La Presse, Radio-Canada, Ricardo Média and many others.

- Execute and manage digital campaigns.
- Support the platform specialist and/or manager with the error-free launch of campaigns on the various platforms.
- Analyze and organize campaign data in an intelligible way.

- Ensure financial follow-up with suppliers and platforms.

Budget Project Manager

YOUR MANDATE
You will work with multidisciplinary teams and lead a team to manage all aspects of a client's budget, from client expenditure approval to budget report compilation and presentation and accounts receivable review. You will be the client's first point of contact for all billing and budget management issues.
EVERY DAY YOU WILL :
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships by serving as their primary point of contact for all matters related to the management of their budgets
- Coach and train team members involved in the various billing processes to ensure compliance of contractual obligations in the delivery of client services
- Review all media purchases
- Track discrepancies
- Review and analyze accounts payable
- Be responsible for budget reporting to clients
- Supervise and manage the workload of budget project coordinators
- Contribute to the training and development of the budget project management team and participate in the performance review process
- Be able to perform the duties of a Budget Project Coordinator and provide support as needed.
WE WANT TO KNOW YOU IF YOU HAVE
- A post-secondary degree in accounting or finance
- At least 3 years of work experience in budget and/or project management, preferably in the media industry
- Client management and team management experience (a plus)
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency and a positive attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, proactivity, attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills
- Rigour, diligence and accountability
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the rest of the Microsoft suite
- In-depth knowledge of the MediaOcean system (an asset)
- Fluency in French and English languages, both spoken and written - As our global network deals daily with national and international clients, a level of English that enables you to understand and express yourself fluently in both French and English is a basic requirement for this role.

Platform manager, Digital Activation

YOUR MANDATE
You will have control of the activation of the campaigns of your clients from A to Z. You'll need to think strategically beforehand.
You’ll have eyes on everything: media budgets, vendors, optimization strategies, etc. You’ll perfect your digital expertise and your critical eye on the digital strategies. Also, we are signers of the A2C manifest to help medias from here. The agency's intention will allow you to pass on your message with more precision and more impact.
EVERY DAY YOU WILL :
- Build the digital media recommendation in the form of a detailed plan; recommendation of vendors, platforms, audiences and KPIs.
- Configure campaigns with precision in different systems.
- Manage client campaigns once launched, optimizations and client performance monitoring.
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to master new features and resolve campaign issues.
- Organize and pivot data information to make it easy to understand.
- Coordinate and validate the work done by the Analyst.
- Keep up to date on certifications, news related to your expertise.
- Will be a reference for any question related to your specialization.
- Manage partnership relations and internal teams for technical aspects related to the social specialty;
- Ensure rigorous "tracking" of the campaign by validating the Analyst's routing sheet and you will ensure the proper functioning of the advertising tags after reception.
- Validate that creatives are approved before the campaign launch date.
- Actively participate in meetings with the Capabilities Group and involve yourself in the implementation of new processes and/or tools related to the digital product.
